Advanced Training – Eccup Reservoir 10:30 a.m. start

For one week only, the training session on Tuesday will start at 10:30 a.m.
We will meet at Eccup Dam for a Pyramid session along Eccup Moor Road:
Meet by the Reservoir Lodge near the Eccup Reservoir dam. This is where dirt path around the reservoir meets the road – see photo.
The session will be an inverse pyramid as follows:
6 mins (2:30), 4 mins (2:00); 2 mins (1:00); 1 min (1:00) 1 min (1:00); 2 mins (1:00): 4 mins (2:00); 6 mins
For those driving, you may opt to park at High Ashes and jog down as a warm -up, it is about a mile.
