Tuesday is our main training night, with a variety of sessions to suit all abilities.  All sessions are led by qualified running leaders or coaches, and once or twice a month food is served afterwards at Leo’s.  Please see our calendar for specific details of upcoming sessions.

Advanced & Intermediate

Anyone faster than 30 minutes for 5k is welcome to our 7pm sessions, starting at Leo’s.  We have a monthly cycle of interval sessions, hill sessions and a track session which is on the second Tuesday of the month at Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus.  Typically the sessions (except track) will involve a warm-up jog, 30 minutes of efforts followed by a cool down.

Beginners & Improvers

Our beginners and improvers sessions, aimed at those running 5km in over 30 minutes, are at 6pm at Leo’s.

We also offer regular “0-5km” groups, for those with no running experience at all who want to start running in an inclusive and judgement-free environment. Look out for details of our next group here.

Fell Running

Our junior sessions are at 6pm, usually at Leo’s.
