The Leeds Country Way Relay is a 6-stage relay, run in pairs, covering a 62 miles circuit around Leeds. Each leg is between 9-12 miles long and includes footpaths, tracks and short sections of road.
Valley Striders intend to enter a men’s, ladies and vets team, as well as one or more open teams.

This event is open to all abilities and VS will have teams catering for everyone. If you are concerned about not being fast enough, don’t worry: the mass starts ensure that it is impossible to hold anybody up!
