The Meanwood Valley Trail Race is back!
After a 3 year absence, Valley Striders AC will once again be hosting the Meanwood Valley Trail Race from “Old Leo’s” Rugby Club, with proceeds going to Lineham Farm and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

It is an undulating trail race covering approximately 7 miles of woods and parkland in Adel Woods, Scotland Woods and Meanwood Park. You will run under one of the famous “Seven Arches”, past the ‘Slabbering Baby’ and through the dark spooky tunnel under the Leeds Outer Ring Road.
The start, finish and car parking are at “Old Leo’s” Rugby Club. New for this year: chipped timing (built into race numbers). Prizes awarded to first three over the line (M & F) and M & F age groups 40, 45, 50, 55 60, 65, 70+ based on chip times.
