Subs are now due for 2025 - 351 have renewed but 82 are still due to pay - to find your status input your surname in the "Search" box and look at the "Paid/Due" column - for fees and payment details see "Membership Codes" table at the bottom of this page

Column "Emerg" is whether or not we have an emergency contact for you - if this blank or your emergency contact details have changed, please email us.

Column "AC25" shows membership type for the VS year starting 01/01/2025. Those who have paid show with a membership expiry date of 31/12/25.

Column "EA25/26" shows your EA status for their year from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. If you are code "C", we have paid your EA fee; most payments were made on 9 April and you should have had an email from EA.

Just for reference, columns "AC24" and "EA24/25" are the equivalent codes for last year.
