In addition to our Tuesday training sessions, there are various social runs through the week. Newcomers are welcome to join us, but do please let us know in advance.
Thursday runs
Our Thursday runs are at a sociable pace with regular rests to regroup so nobody gets left behind, and there are usually three groups to choose from:
7 to 8 miles | 8 to 9 minutes per mile |
6 miles | 9 to 10 minutes per mile |
5 miles | 10 to 11 minutes per mile |

Parkrun
You will normally find many of us out early on a Saturday morning at parks around Leeds, and of course in the cafés afterwards! Look out for occasional group outings further afield on Facebook or in the newsletter.

Sunday runs
There will usually be the opportunity to join a longer group run (10 miles +) on a Sunday morning, especially in the build up to a marathon. These are quite informal and can be flexible on pace, distance and location. Look out for event invites on Facebook for confirmation of times and locations.
